Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Fridays and public holidays are not shipping or delivery days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days.
Alexandria & Delta: 3–4 business days.
Upper Egypt & remote areas: 5–7 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Shipping charges

Your shipping charge appears at checkout based on your location. Any available free-shipping offer is shown by the store.

Track your delivery

After dispatch, you will receive an email or text message with tracking details. Have your order number ready if you need help.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier.

Inspection on delivery

You may open and inspect the package while the courier is present, before payment. If you return it immediately, you pay only the shipping charge. Once the courier leaves, the standard return policy applies.

Need to change your address?

Contact the team as soon as possible, before dispatch. If you miss a delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange another attempt.
