All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is handed to our shipping partner, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

• Cairo & Giza: 2-3 Business Days.
• Alexandria & Delta Governorates: 3-4 Business Days.
• Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 5-7 Business Days.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

4. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please have the exact amount ready for the courier.
