Return & Exchange Policy

At TKN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Inspection on Delivery
You are welcome to open the package and inspect the items exclusively in the presence of the courier before payment.

• If the item fits and you love it, you can proceed with the payment.
• If you decide not to keep it, you can return it to the courier immediately and only pay the shipping fees.
• Note: Once the courier leaves, the standard 14-day return policy applies (see below).

2. Timeline
If you receive the order and decide to return it later, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or a refund, provided the item is in its original condition.

3. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange after the courier leaves:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging (box and dust bag).
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Shipping Costs (For Returns)

• Defective/Wrong Item: We cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement.
• Change of Mind: If you want to exchange or return a non-defective item, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

5. Refunds

• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued via Vodafone Cash, Instapay, or Store Credit.
• Credit Card Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original payment method (5-10 business days).
