Inspect before you pay

You may open and inspect the package only while the courier is present, before payment. If you decide not to keep it, return it immediately and pay only the shipping charge. Once the courier leaves, the 14-day return policy applies.

Request a return or exchange

You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or refund, provided the item is in its original condition.

Return conditions

The item must be unused, unworn and in the condition you received it. Return it with its original box, dust bag and all included packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Who pays return shipping?

For a defective or wrong item, TKN covers return and replacement shipping. For a non-defective return or exchange, the customer pays the shipping fees.

Refunds

Cash-on-delivery refunds are issued through Vodafone Cash, InstaPay or store credit. Card payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
